2.Enrollment and Payment
Full payment must be made before the start of the class.
Fees are non-refundable unless specified in Section 3.
Enrollment is confirmed only after payment is processed.

3.Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund requests made at least 7 days before the class start date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date.
SkyStroke reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, participants may receive a full refund or opt to enroll in the next available session.

4.Course Materials
All course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission from SkyStroke Trading Classes.
Unauthorized use or distribution may result in legal action.

5.Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors and peers.
Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the class without a refund.

6.Disclaimer
SkyStroke Trading Classes are educational programs and do not provide financial advice.
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or profits from applying the techniques taught.
Participants are responsible for their trading decisions and outcomes.

7.Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to videos, slides, and handouts, is the property of SkyStroke Trading Classes.
Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute class content without prior written consent.

8.Limitation of Liability
SkyStroke Trading Classes are not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of trading based on the techniques taught.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the course.

9.Privacy Policy
SkyStroke respects your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Participants agree to allow the use of their testimonials or feedback for promotional purposes.
